Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Texas City, is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food.

As part of the Operations Team you will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and assist with food prep and cleaning while upholding Health and Safety standards; the role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow with the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible work availability.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 18+ for opening/closing shifts.
• Possess documents and permits required by state/federal law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues.
• Operate cash register or POS; use suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Verify order accuracy.
• Prepare and package food and beverages.
• Clean kitchen areas, counters, dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple workstations; attend shifts on time.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards; collaborate with management.
