Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, in Houston, TX, is hiring Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting environment.

As a Team Member you will work closely with managers and peers to meet standards, handle orders and payments, and respond to guest questions with a positive attitude. The role supports multiple stations and requires 16+ years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Good written and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and address issues.
• Operate cash register or POS devices and upsell when appropriate.
• Communicate positively with guests, peers and managers.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchens, dining areas, restrooms and inventory spaces.
• Maintain health and safety standards and stock supplies.
• Attend shifts reliably and follow grooming standards.
• Collaborate with management to resolve issues and improve service.
