Job summary

Boston’s Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar – Franchising – United States in Spokane seeks a Restaurant Supervisor reporting to the FOH Manager, KM, or GM to train servers, hosts and bar staff to support superb operations and guest service.

Responsibilities include leading a positive restaurant culture, ensuring guest satisfaction, opening/closing duties, and maintaining high food and beverage quality with strict safety and alcohol service standards.

Qualifications

• Progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant with bar.
• Strong leadership and follow-through abilities.
• Comfort with computers (Word, Excel) and POS systems.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ur urgency and commanding presence in management style.
• Able to coach and supervise a team.

• Customer service excellence and guest focus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service per guidelines and training.
• Maintain security for guests and staff.
• Account for cash tips and till management.
