Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service ahead.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating as needed.
• Guide guests through the menu with descriptive selling.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Understand menu details to enhance guest conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
