Job summary

Sheraton Houston Brookhollow is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide warm, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests in a fast-paced environment. You will take and deliver orders, maintain table cleanliness, and ensure an exceptional dining experience while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior serving or hospitality experience. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately.
• Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
