Job summary

Sunset Rentals on Hilton Head Island is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a portfolio of homes, ensuring readiness, safety and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, inspections and vendor activities while managing budgets and staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, property management or related field and at least four years in hospitality or property management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospitality, business, property management, real estate or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for an assigned property portfolio and coordinate inspections, turns, housekeeping, maintenance, access and service priorities.
• Inspect homes for cleanliness, safety, functionality, presentation, inventory, and guest readiness and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Schedule, coach, and hold assigned employees and contractors accountable for quality, attendance, safety, productivity, documentation and service standards.
• Review and prioritize work orders, property concerns, guest requests, damages, supply needs and recurring issues; coordinate timely resolution.
• Communicate property conditions, service needs, completed work, owner commitments, and operational risks to owner relations and leadership.
• Manage assigned labor, supplies, inventory, purchasing, vendors, invoices and budgets within delegated authority.
• Support guest issue resolution and service recovery by providing accurate onsite information and documenting outcomes.
• Implement property procedures, safety practices, access controls, emergency response and required records or inspections.
