Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, engaging guests to assess needs and guide purchases while upholding store standards. You will support the Sales Manager while focusing on service, guest experience, and event execution.

The role requires passion for the beauty industry, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge on prestige brands. Flexible schedule and strong teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology license required where state law permits.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain store standards and replenish testers.
• Drive prestige and iconic brand sales through guest engagement.
