Job summary

MCR, Dunn, NC, is hiring a Housekeeper for the Hampton Inn Dunn to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways and public spaces. Responsibilities include stocking supplies, performing routine cleaning, and assisting with linen and housekeeping tasks to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Candidates should have a positive attitude, be able to follow guidelines, work well under pressure, and deliver excellent guest service. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred
• Can-Do attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
• Work well under pace and pressure
• Listening and conflict-resolution skills
• Clear communication and guest-service mindset
• Must be 18 years or older to perform the job

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking duties including stocking room supplies and tools
• Clean and restock assigned guest rooms, hallways and public areas
• Assist with additional cleaning projects as directed to keep spaces organized and safe
