Job summary

InTown Suites in Nashville, TN is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces, ensuring readiness for occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Essential duties include cleaning to SOPs, restocking supplies, and reporting safety concerns. This full‑time role offers benefits and a flexible schedule with Sundays off and no late shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry standard operating procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Capacity to clean guest rooms and common areas to quality standards.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work eight-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas according to SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris; maintain cleanliness of kitchens and dining areas.
• Restock supplies; operate housekeeping equipment safely.
• Notify supervisor of safety issues and guest concerns; maintain guest satisfaction.
