Job summary

DIMENSION MASTER is seeking a Maintenance Person in Baton Rouge, LA, to perform repairs and routine upkeep across the property. You will help maintain a safe, clean hotel environment and respond to guest maintenance requests with prompt solutions.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance or building repair experience, basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical knowledge, and a safety-minded, team-oriented approach. The role offers an hourly, swing shift schedule with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety focused, and team oriented.
• Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment.
• Flexible to work any days of the week, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards
