Job summary

Target is hiring a Food Service Team Leader to ensure a superior guest experience on the sales floor. You will lead a team, coach staff, and manage daily tasks to keep operations smooth and guests happy.

You will train and supervise hourly team members, uphold safety and food safety standards, and coordinate with leadership to meet sales goals. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or food service is a plus.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and uphold Target's standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; ensure safety and compliance.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet department and store goals.
• Lead a team of hourly team members and participate in hiring and onboarding.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support multiple store duties including back-up cashier and drive-up operations.
