Job summary

Target is hiring a Food Service Team Leader in California to oversee guest experience and daily operations on the Food & Beverage team. You will ensure fresh, in-stock products, accurate pricing, and high standards across service areas while guiding a team of hourly coworkers.

The role emphasizes leading by example, training teammates, scheduling shifts, and upholding Target's guest experience commitments. Prior retail or food service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in retail or food service is preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly experience.
• Lead and coach hourly team members, including hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain food safety, inventory accuracy and store standards during shifts.
• Plan workload and align with business priorities to meet sales goals.
