Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Mississippi is seeking a part-time Food Server to take and deliver customer orders, maintain tables, ensure guest satisfaction, and finalize checks. You will perform side work and keep assigned stations clean.

Key duties include greeting guests, knowing menu items and wine by the glass, handling payments at the POS, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with management and kitchen staff to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of Food & Beverage experience in a high-paced environment.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and take/deliver orders.
• Maintain table cleanliness and provide silent service.
• Itemize bills and securely process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, and POS stations.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond with urgency.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to meet guest needs.
