Responsibilities

• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain Brand Standards and Health Department requirements.
• Stock and set up the bar and maintain an attractive display.
• Operate Micros (POS) and handle cash with accuracy.
• Keep bar and dining areas clean and organized.
