Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Bartender to serve beverages to guests in a fast, courteous, and efficient manner while upholding company standards and accurate billing. The role requires mixing drinks for guests over 21 as required by law and maintaining inventory, glassware, and cleanliness at the bar.

Ideal candidates will have basic math skills, good sanitation, a professional appearance, and strong guest-service focus to ensure a high level of service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Partial High School education or equivalent; HS diploma preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling payments.
• Excellent sanitation habits and grooming.
• Professional appearance and demeanor while serving guests.
• Ability to communicate and provide high level of service to guests.
• Able to pass cash handling and TIPS training.
• Identify and report safety concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency; fill bar and food orders.
• Pour, mix, and serve drinks according to recipes.
• Maintain bar stock, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Take payments from customers and ensure accuracy.
• Check IDs for alcohol service.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment and area.
• Monitor safety and report issues to management.
