Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention to guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Confidently moves between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates needs for guests or teammates and acts promptly; seeks leadership when appropriate.
• Shows up for every scheduled shift on time and ready to go, maintaining reliable attendance.
