You will greet patrons, remember preferences, upsell, and maintain a clean, organized bar while upholding a globally unified beverage program.

A successful candidate has 2+ years in high-volume F&B, craft cocktail expertise, and excellent communication with a flexible schedule and engaging energy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced perishable items.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining consistency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.
• Tips certified.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and club guidelines for preparing cocktails and other juices and drinks used at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized section; wash glassware and utensils; Clean up after customers and work area.
• Educate guests and members about beverage options learned trainings.
• Discuss and describe daily specials and food pairing options to promote additional sales.
• Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register.
• Check ID to verify age requirements for alcohol and tobacco products.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to promote beverage options and enhance sales and guest experience.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and delegate replenishment.
