Job summary

Koons KIA Woodbridge, part of Asbury Automotive Group, is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor. You will greet customers, present needed services, and help guide them through the repair process in a professional, responsive manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of eighteen years.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information
• Promote services and build rapport
• Advise on care per manufacturer specs
• Generate complete repair estimates
• Communicate repair completion times
• Answer service calls
• Maintain and schedule service appointments
• Follow up to drive repeat visits and CSI
• Follow warranty guidelines
• Maintain honesty and CSI goals
• Adhere to laws and protect customer data
• Demonstrate strong customer service, phone and computer skills
