Craft Culinary Concepts in Tucson is seeking a friendly Cashier for our high-volume venue. You will process guest transactions, take orders, and help with food and beverage service while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

This frontline role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include a minimum age of 16, a valid County Food Handler Card, and ability to stand for hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16.
• Valid County Food Handler Card required and must be in possession each shift.
• Valid TEAM, TIPS, or AZ Title 4 certification required if 18 or older and serving alcohol.
• Basic cash-handling skills, including the ability to total orders and make change.
• Ability to operate a cash register and credit card machines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, supervisors, and coworkers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be able to stand for up to four hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Accurately take orders, process cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
• Fulfill guest orders by coordinating with cooks or runners or by directly retrieving items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout and after shifts.
• Assist with restocking supplies and basic food prep as needed.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and cleaning as directed by management.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational needs to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also handling tasks independently.
