Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant at the Residence Inn Exton in Exton, PA. The role provides courteous service in the hotel’s complimentary breakfast area, handling guest interactions and ensuring a clean, organized dining space.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining presentation standards, restocking, and supporting beverage/service tasks as needed. Ability to work varied shifts is required, with emphasis on attentiveness and a friendly service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a courteous, attentive manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized breakfast area and dining spaces.
• Prepare and serve beverages and breakfast items as required.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and service areas.
• Communicate guest requests and VIP considerations to appropriate departments.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side work as assigned.
