Highgate Hotels is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor for Residence Inn Exton in Exton, PA. This role oversees housekeeping functions, ensuring standards are met across assigned sections and assuming manager duties when needed.

The position requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The team works on-site to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming accommodations for guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Effective communication with employees and guests in a friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Room Attendant’s work performance within assigned section daily to ensure standards and productivity.
• Inspect VIP rooms in the absence of supervisor and report availability.
• Oversee closing of floors at day end and restock carts.
• Maintain records of daily assignments and submit on time.
• Maintain key control and Lost and Found items per standards.
• Monitor carts, linen closets, control closets, stairways and landings.
• Oversee daily duty assignments and ensure staff carry work assignments.
• Carry pager/radio for frontline communication throughout shift.
• Prepare progress reports on out-of-order rooms for management.
