Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Bell Staff I for the Bellman at Inn on Woodlake in Kohler, WI. This onsite, casual part-time role supports guests during stay with luggage handling, directions, and transportation assistance.

Expect weekend and weekday shifts from 5:30 am to 11:00 pm, and gratuities. Prior guest services experience is a plus. The position emphasizes a strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Some previous guest services experience is preferred.
• Work hours frequently include weekends and holidays and may include overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at entry and assist with luggage and directions.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain door lock system and amenities.
• Provide guest with information on area attractions and Kohler facilities.
• Deliver messages, newspapers, amenities, or packages to guest rooms.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming bell stand and help with transport needs.
• Assist with transportation and valet services as needed.
