Compensation Range: $19.20 - $20.10 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, managing check-in, directing guests to theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while adhering to safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of Alamo and make guests feel welcome and cared for.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, maintaining socially distant lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of core and limited-time menu offerings
• Stay informed about movies and events in theaters
• Ensure cleanliness standards for the venue, including seats, handrails, tables, and touchpoints
• Follow safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
• Manage all guest-facing interactions and overall guest experience
• Uphold standards based on company values, conduct, and guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule: early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
• Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position yourself to stay out of guests’ view when needed
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work cautiously in a busy, sometimes loud environment
