Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests and act as their point of contact for functions such as check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They understand that being off task is acceptable if it aligns with the Mission: To Ensure Every Guest Has An Awesome Experience And Is Excited To Return.

They are the face of the Alamo for our guests and will do what it takes to make them feel welcome and cared for.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring each occupied seat is marked cleaned and sanitized before the next film
• Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are addressed in multiple theaters
• Manage guests’ orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties on specified shifts
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience—manage socially distant lines, announce theater seating, guide guests, and communicate with leadership as needed
• Maintain knowledge of core and limited-time menu offerings
• Stay informed about films and events in theaters
• Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
• Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
• Handle all guest-facing interactions to ensure a positive experience
• Adhere to company Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule—early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency
• Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency
• Being an cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work cautiously in a busy, loud environment
