Compensation Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 Plus Tips

Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for functions like check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards to ensure a safe, clean, distraction-free, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of Alamo for our guests and strive to make them feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are marked, cleaned, and sanitized before the next film
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and closed-caption devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, guiding guests and communicating with leadership as needed
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films/events
• Uphold cleanliness standards for the venue
• Follow all safety protocols to keep teams and guests healthy
• Ensure all guest-facing interactions promote an excellent guest experience
• Uphold standards of behavior aligned with company values and policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or theater environment (a plus)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as per state requirements
• Passion for cinema is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs multiple times
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work cautiously in a busy, loud environment
