Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to learn Property Management Systems
• Familiarity with Opera, HOTSOS, and Alliant preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication in English with team members, leaders, and guests
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull 75+ pounds repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to withstand outdoor elements for long periods
• Ability to continually bend, lift, stoop, and push

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the hotel
• Provide parking information to guests
• Ensure proper and safe traffic flow
• Store luggage for guests when guestrooms are not ready upon arrival
• Summon taxis for outbound guests
• Provide information about other transportation options
