• Escort guests to their destination in the facility during private events.
• Help guests locate key areas such as the food hall, bars, restaurant, pickleball courts, or event spaces.
• Address guest concerns or issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with team members across the venue to create a seamless and enjoyable environment.
• Foster a lively, inclusive atmosphere that reflects SERV’s commitment to unforgettable entertainment.
