Ulta Beauty is seeking a Director, AI Strategy, Adoption, and Workforce Transformation to translate AI investments into measurable business value. The role partners with Product, Technology, Finance, People Success, and leaders to align AI with high-value opportunities and drive adoption across the organization.

Based in Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid: approx. 6 days in office per month), you will lead strategy, prioritization, and value realization while building a high-performing team and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise strategy, management consulting, digital or AI transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change, adoption, workforce transformation, or enterprise AI initiatives.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to tie strategic initiatives to measurable enterprise value.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and translating technical concepts to business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Ulta’s enterprise AI strategy and drive adoption and measurable value.
• Lead enterprise AI prioritization and inform the AI roadmap with Product/Technology.
• Lead the UB AI Accelerator and upskilling efforts across Ulta, including executive engagement.
• Own AI adoption and value realization, measuring adoption and reporting AI value and P&L impact.
• Lead AI-enabled workforce transformation with HR to assess changes in roles and skills.
• Champion AI-enabled process redesign and new ways of working for productivity gains.
• Provide executive visibility into AI transformation with clear insights and recommendations.
