Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in San Antonio to provide friendly guest service and support across store operations. You will help guests find items, resolve questions, and promote loyalty programs, while contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible scheduling, involvement with order pickup and drive-up services, and a focus on teamwork and safety are required. Training and a dynamic shift pattern help create meaningful guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers to create a welcoming experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Actively promote and explain Target loyalty programs and services to guests.
• Assist with returns, order pickup, and drive-up processes while following store policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members as needed.
