Target in San Antonio, TX is hiring as an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You’ll help guests, answer questions, and guide them through our services, including Drive Up, Registry, and Wallet features, while keeping the store welcoming and efficient.

This role requires a flexible schedule, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Training will prepare you to deliver fast, friendly service and resolve guest concerns.

Formación

• Strong customer service orientation and guest-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and attentive listening.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating schedules and store needs.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic math.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones, and initiate helpful interactions.
• Assist with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Accept returns and follow register prompts with leadership support.
• Support other team members and maintain a positive attitude.
• Operate the POS system, scan items, and bag purchases efficiently.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-ups.
• Promote and explain pickup and drive-up services.
