Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to welcome and assist guests, provide quick, friendly service, and upsell benefits through Wallet and Target App. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a flexible schedule and attendance expectations, including responding to contact and working at least one shift when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and guest interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, with attendance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft; initiate warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Wallet and Target App benefits to guests.
