Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Adjust to guest needs to deliver a seamless experience
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering Target's service standards
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Deliver fast, accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during open hours
• Handle cash operations accurately and flexibly to meet store needs
• Be adaptable to varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Respond promptly to shift requests and keep commitments to shifts within policy
