Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to join our store team in New Jersey. The role offers a flexible schedule where you can pick up shifts via the myTime app, with the expectation to respond to contact attempts and maintain reliable attendance.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can select shifts that fit your availability. Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for effective guest service and store support.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Able to interact with guests and provide friendly service.
• Must respond to scheduling requests and contact attempts.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist them in finding items or resolving issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Assist with returns, drive-up orders, and other guest services while following Target policies.
