Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in Pittsburgh to deliver friendly guest service and support store operations. You will greet guests, help them find items, and process transactions with accuracy.

This role requires flexibility to pick up shifts and participate in training sessions through the Target app. As part of the Service & Engagement team, you will promote loyalty programs, assist with store services, and maintain a positive guest experience across the sales

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests and help others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with in-store technology and scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests in a warm, helpful manner and assist with locating items and resolving issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and provide accurate service.
• Support peers and de-escalate situations while following store policies.
• Operate scanning devices and assist with drive-up/order pickup services.
