Job summary

Target is hiring for an On‑Demand Guest Advocate. You will engage with guests to provide friendly, efficient service, assist with product discovery, and support loyalty programs. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected, with shifts posted via the MyTime app.

The role emphasizes excellent guest experience, teamwork, and adherence to safety and store policies while enabling you to work as much or as little as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and assist guests to find what they need.

• Be familiar with Target services and assist with loyalty programs and app usage.
• Support store operations with a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling transactions and items.
