Target is hiring an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to provide friendly, efficient guest service on a flexible schedule. You will pick up shifts via the scheduling app, help guests find items, and resolve questions while delivering Target’s service standards.

Expected to be reliable, with the ability to attend orientation and training, and to respond to store needs by taking shifts when available.
