Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate in Austin to help guests enjoy a quick, friendly shopping experience. You’ll create a warm welcome, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests within 10ft and 4ft; help them find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, and promote Target Wallet, Drive Up, and Order Pick Up services.
• Support team members and adapt to guest needs, while following Target policies and procedures.
