Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to deliver friendly guest service and assist with store needs. You’ll create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, and your hours may vary. Attendance and promptness are essential, with a short Welcome orientation and structured training after hire.

You’ll assist guests at checkout, explain loyalty benefits, and help with Order Pick Up and Drive Up, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting customers.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Explain benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
• Scan and bag items efficiently; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support order pick up, drive up and registry guests and assist at checkout.
• Respond to guest needs quickly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Flexibly adapt to store needs and work with the team to meet goals.
