Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to aid guests in a fast-paced store environment. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and help solve their needs while guiding them to the right products and services. The role focuses on friendly interactions, efficiency, and adherence to store standards.

Flexibility is essential with varying hours (nights, weekends, holidays). Training will enable you to explain Target loyalty benefits and use in-store and digital tools to boost guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
