Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming guest experience, help guests find items, and resolve issues across in-store and digital channels. You will greet guests, explain features, and promote loyalty programs while delivering fast, friendly service in a dynamic store environment.

You will work with teammates to ensure smooth transactions, handle returns or exchanges, and use handheld scanners and store tech as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests

• Support team members and maintain a positive, respectful attitude during shifts
• Be familiar with order pick-up, drive-up, online ordering and guest enrollment features
