Job summary

Target in Naples, FL is seeking a Guest Advocate to deliver a friendly, efficient guest experience in-store and via digital services. Starting pay is $16.75 USD per hour, with opportunities to learn about loyalty programs and app features, and to assist with Order Pick Up and Drive Up.

You will greet guests, resolve questions, promote promotions and loyalty benefits, and support teammates while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Communicating effectively with guests, using positive language and listening to needs.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to educate guests about products and services and sign them up for loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, and end every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Demonstrate a service culture and explain Target App features (Wallet, loyalty).
• Scan and bag items efficiently and support other areas as needed.
