Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to engage guests, provide friendly service, and support store operations. You will help guests find products, answer questions, and ensure a smooth shopping experience while working with a team that values guest focus and collaboration.

The role offers flexible scheduling via the myTime app, with shifts posted by leadership. Training is provided to ensure you can perform duties confidently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Willing to learn Target systems and apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest interactions and assist with inquiries to create a positive store experience.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist with checkout as needed.
• Assist guests with returns, product questions, and store services.
• Promote and explain loyalty programs and services to guests.
