Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest interactions and store operations. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, maintain a friendly shopping environment, and assist guests with questions, returns, and services as needed.

You will participate in orientation, then continue with a flexible schedule, responding to store needs during nights, weekends, and peak times. Training emphasizes guest engagement and safety.
