Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced store environment. You will manage shifts via the myTime app, stay flexible to store needs, and uphold Target's service standards while supporting operations across guest services.

The role emphasizes reliability, courtesy, and the ability to learn and promote Target’s loyalty programs and digital tools. Training is provided to ensure you can assist guests effectively and safely.
