Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member in the United States. This role offers a starting hourly wage and a flexible schedule that you can tailor by selecting shifts through the scheduling app.

You will be expected to be reliable, greet guests, assist with inquiries, and deliver excellent guest services in a fast-paced store environment. You will participate in training, adhere to safety policies, and engage in various store duties to support guest experiences and store operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including peak times, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every interaction with a sincere thank you and follow store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock supplies during open hours.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while ensuring accuracy.
• Adapt to business needs and work with teammates to deliver excellent service.
