Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in the United States. You can work as much or as little as you like; your schedule may vary with shift availability and store needs.

You will not be on the posted weekly schedule but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app. Reliability is essential, with a minimum engagement of one shift every five months or your employment may be terminated.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with finding items to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including scanning and bagging items.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment and sign-in as needed.
• Understand and explain Target services such as Wallet, Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry offerings.
• Respond to guest questions and de-escalate issues while following Target policies.
