Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in the United States with a flexible schedule. You can work as much or as little as you like by selecting shifts through the myTime app, supporting guest services and store operations.

The starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.75–$26.65 USD per hour. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliable attendance and a positive guest-service mindset.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests and engage proactively to assist with their needs
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Stock supplies during store open hours and maintain a clean work area
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up while complying with policies and safety standards
