Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services with a flexible schedule. You will pick up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app and be expected to maintain reliable attendance.

New hires will attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training schedule to prepare for the role. You must respond promptly to communications from Target to remain active.

Qualifications

• Willing to work variable hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to create own schedule by picking up shifts.
• Must attend Target Welcome orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Create a friendly guest experience and greet guests.
• Assist guests in finding items and resolving issues.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Stock and maintain a clean, organized work area.
