Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to help guests enjoy a welcoming shopping experience. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule by picking up shifts through the myTime app, with shifts posted by store leaders or teammates.

You must be reliable, attend a Welcome orientation, and remain flexible for nights, weekends, and peak times. The role emphasizes guest engagement, cashier duties, and helping customers navigate Target services.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests
