Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests with a friendly, efficient shopping experience. You’ll pick up shifts via the myTime scheduling app, create your own schedule, and attend a short orientation before starting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming guest experience at the checklanes, guest services, and pickup areas.
• Assist guests in locating products, answering questions, and facilitating returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with stock as needed.
• Operate handheld scanners and participate in daily tasks with courtesy and accuracy.
